Job Description:Purpose of the positionAs Global Manager of Software’s and Digital transformation for Universal Enclosures LOB, you and your direct team are the owner of the Software evolution Roadmap and Budget plus the enrichment of our digital twins to provide a better customer experience in ISV, WEB, eCommerce …You are the one to prioritize our development depending on the product roadmap, marketing intent, other Schneider synergies and customer feedbacks with an Agile methodology.In this position, in addition to the direct management of 5 people (Software engineer and CAD engineer mainly) you must ensure the right subcontractor model to secure the delivery in line with commitments and budget.The measurement of the customer experience and usage of our tools must be improved by a better analytics model.Job description and missionsYour missions will include:Long term plan

Scope of the offerThe scope concerns all Universal Enclosures offers and software’s.Environment and size of the positionJob reports directly to the Division’s Marketing Director.Many interfaces: digital marketing, Schneider Software team, Suppliers, R&D, customer marketing, offer marketing, marketing communication, data manager …The position is based in Grenoble or Molins de Rey site – Travel is to be expectedTraining and experienceType of training (nature, level):Bac + 5 in the field of Software engineeringWith an experience in Software management (and sales as a plus)English is a must / Spanish and French are a plusDisciplines to be mastered· Autonomous and endowed with a very good relationship, you show a strong ability to adapt.· Software development, you enjoy the entrepreneurial spirit, you can develop strong relationships and influence stakeholders.· Agile experience background· Able to think “Out of the box”, to bring creative solutions.· You have a level of English allowing you to exchange internally.· Passionate about digital and software.· Excellent analytical ability.· Transform strategic thinking into operational actions.· Effective written, oral and digital communication, you are able to adjust your messages according to your audience· Strong customer orientationLooking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
