Job DescriptionDevelop and execute assembly/test strategies for new products, including design for manufacture and test analysis. Develop test processes, test fixtures, and specialized tools to automate test development. Design and develop test solutions, including both software and hardware elements. Engage in all areas of the test development process, including procurement, software development, hardware integration, system integration, qualification, and installation support for manufacturing. Implement production systems to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost, and capacity growth. Integrate tools and code developed by other internal groups or external customers. Debug solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies. Lead projects, managing and communicating with team members, suppliers, and customers. Collaborate with a highly experienced engineering team to review and provide input on development designs. Apply a continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the development process. Travel and provide global site support as needed.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).Work EnvironmentWorking in the test lab for a large part of this role; must be comfortable with on-site work.
