Our AI platform is now at the heart of this transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to help us scale it for the future.About the RoleThis role reports directly to our Chief Technology Officer and works alongside a team of experienced Solutions Architects. You’ll define and communicate the technical vision for our AI platform, ensuring it becomes a scalable and efficient foundation for AI-driven customer interactions. As a key leader, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving the continued evolution of our AI capabilities.By joining the team you’ll:

  • Lead the evolution of the HX LLM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Translate business objectives into AI-driven solutions, delivering prototypes and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with engineering and stakeholder teams to integrate AI capabilities across customer touchpoints.
  • Optimise AI assistant performance using data-driven insights, refining interactions based on real-world feedback.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools, balancing best practices with practical applications.
  • Ensure AI architectural decisions align with security, compliance, and industry standards.

What you can bring to our team:

  • Strong background in software architecture, with experience designing scalable and efficient systems.
  • Expertise in AI-driven architectures and large language model (LLM) integrations, or a strong interest in learning AI technologies.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, whether in AI, cloud, or software engineering.
  • Experience with scaling technical solutions and support multiple squads in their adoption of new technologies.
  • Skilled in building consensus, managing complex projects, and fostering collaboration.
  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and best practices in software architecture.
  • Experience managing technical risks and contingency planning.
