At Airtable, we are passionate about our platform’s ability to democratize software creation and empower anyone to “create anything.” As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll leverage your technical and business expertise to support Enterprise customers as they evaluate Airtable to solve their most critical business challenges. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you’ll qualify opportunities, gather key requirements, validate that Airtable fits those requirements, and advise decision-makers on how Airtable can be used to transform their most important business processes.What you’ll do

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and pursue new revenue opportunities
  • Build relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers
  • Guide strategic discovery sessions to fully understand a customer’s current state, challenges, and goals
  • Drive technical evaluations of Airtable to help buyers understand our platform and validate a solution fit within the context of their own technical requirements and business process needs
  • Build and deliver world-class product demos with value-based storytelling
  • Speak to Airtable’s integration capabilities with other enterprise software platforms
  • Support multiple Account Executives and deals simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
  • Identify and share our most valuable use cases and user stories with our ProdDev and Customer Engagement teams to inform the product roadmap and market potential
  • Work closely with Airtable’s Security and Compliance Teams to advise on questions related to Airtable’s security posture
  • Note: During peak times, this role may be expected to work outside of standard business hours to fulfill time-sensitive responsibilities.

Who you are

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a presales role at a SaaS organization, ideally working with customers across multiple roles and industries
  • You have at least 7-10 years of overall professional experience
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills and are equally comfortable presenting to individual contributor stakeholders and VP or C-Level decision-makers
  • You have a history of preparing and leading onsite presentations and events with the ability to command a room
  • You grasp the fundamentals of database and no-code app design and are passionate about creating unique solutions to complex business problems
  • You have a history of managing multiple assignments simultaneously, can work independently to drive projects to completion with a high level of attention to detail
  • You have a keen technical mind and demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, best practices, and API architecture
  • While not a requirement, comfort writing and understanding JavaScript is a plus
  • May require up to 30-50% travel within the region for client meetings and events
