There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to assess their current payroll practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and recommend tailored global payroll strategies to meet clients’ unique needs and objectives.Provide guidance on payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws in multiple countries to ensure clients maintain legal and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, including HR, finance, and tax specialists.Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and maintain industry expertise.Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and webinars on global payroll topics to educate clients and industry professionals.QualificationsPHD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build your own legacy at DeelEntrepreneurial DNA (job will include high and low tasks)“Just do it attitude”Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales for global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up on tech companyExperience and understanding in best in class HCM and ERP payroll based integrationExperience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environmentWillingness to travel inside and outside of territoryExcellent communication skills in German (multilingual capability is a bonus)Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
