• Producing high-quality food with consistent standards of service and product delivery.
• To ensure that the hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Adhering to and implementing HACCP and Food Safety procedures and encouraging a safety culture within the team.
• Communicating effectively with other department to maintain great working relationships.
• Assist with training of new employees, scheduling employees work hours, and conducting performance reviews.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe would love it if you…

• Have a real passion for food and menu development
• Have knowledge of health and safety issues (COSHH etc.), and the ability to train and develop your team in these areas.
• Team player and able to work in busy environments
• Eye for detail and the ability to use own initiative
• Please note, this role requires some flexibility with regards to working hours and willingness to work when required.
