On this team you’ll be a part of a focus to continuously improve the customer experience, making it more seamless, intuitive and responsive.SummaryThe Flanker Marketing team manages the acquisition strategy across Virgin Plus and Prepaid carriers including Lucky Mobile, Bell and Virgin Prepaid, PC mobile and No Name mobile.Our team is looking for a driven, results-oriented and analytical team player to lead programs supporting the growth of our Wireless business. In this role, you will help dictate Bell’s long-term flanker strategy & priorities!Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategic shifts
  • Be able to adapt quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Have strong cross-functional collaboration while working cross-functionally with internal teams & external partners
  • Monitor competitive landscape as it relates to product, pricing, and new marketing activity and trends
  • Leading and driving the overall marketing planning cycle
  • Bring 1-3 years’ previous experience in market insights, analysis, strategy or segmentation in a data-driven environment leveraging Statistical Analysis System, MicroStrategy or other Business Intelligence software
  • Create compelling and strategic presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executive team and key stakeholders
  • Support weekly results reporting, highlighting trends and identifying channel / market opportunities

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Analytics and/or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Analytical skills: Ability to quantify and analyze data and provide meaningful insights along with recommendations.
  • You can collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and partners
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, MicroStrategy
  • Previous experience with market strategy and analytics
