Main duties of the jobWe are excited to advertise a 12 month fixed term maternity cover in the Microbiology laboratory at Southampton General Hospital. The role would be working core hours, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30. We are looking for a specialist BMS with extensive knowledge in all aspects of Bacteriology. The laboratory provides a full clinical diagnostic service including parasitology, mycology, an extensive AST section, and provides TB testing for several hospitals.
