The incumbent advises on a wide array of disability management programs and medical accommodation issues including but not limited to occupational and non-occupational policies and programs, facilitates the safe return to work, workplace medical accommodations and work modifications programs. The incumbent liaises and collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including Health Care Provider(s), the Corporation’s Occupational Health Consultant, the Corporation’s Insurance Carrier, WSIB representatives, People Leaders, Union representatives and employees.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
