Find a job you’ll love today!Position Purpose:The Specialist—Talent Acquisition assists with hiring, beginning as soon as a candidate accepts the offer and continuing until their first day of joining. They follow up with candidates who have pending drug tests or background checks and if there’s an unsigned or pending offer. We welcome new hires to our organization and provide an orientation to help them acclimate.Job Requirements:

  • Initiates and monitors background checks.
  • Facilitates candidate offers.
  • Provides assistance to candidates related to the recruitment process.
  • Discusses onboarding pre-employment requirements, provides assistance and follows up with candidates as necessary.
  • Responsible for collecting all required documents and coordinating hiring-related activities.
  • Responsible for conducting regular audit checks to ensure consistency and compliance of the TA process
  • Attends New Hire Orientation and represents TA team as necessary.
  • Other TA administrative duties as assigned by TA Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of US recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule a workflow to meet rigid hiring deadlines
  • Maintain the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage to challenge TA situations when they present themselves, including high volume scheduling of applicants
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
  • Proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows
  • Must be good to work a nightshift (Monday-Friday work schedule, weekends off)
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig once required
  • Must be currently living within Metro Manila or NCR plus/Greater Manila Area
  • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection as this will be temporarily for a work-from-home position (PC and other equipment will be provided)
