The compensation package for this position ranges from $54,000 to $72,000 on an annual basis.What you would do:Source top candidates using various tools and techniques based on the company’s needsProvide a positive and engaging candidate experienceFollow the recruitment process from job posting to offer stageAssist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairsContribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategiesCollaborate closely with hiring managersDoes this sound like you?At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Known for your collaborative and team-oriented spirit.Excellent communication and listening skills.Results-driven with strong attention to detail.Skilled in both written and verbal communication.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.#GFSCA
