• This role involves working remotely and in the field.
• As an A&D Specification Sales Manager, you will promote and specify the company’s high-end interior products to the architecture and design (A&D) community.
• You’ll focus on commercial projects, including office spaces, healthcare facilities, and hospitality venues.
• The successful candidate will engage with interior design firms, project managers, architects, and interior designers.
• In this role, you’ll manage a robust project pipeline, working on some of the UK’s most notable commercial developments.
• You’ll be responsible for securing commercial specifications through partnerships with interior design practices and architects, including delivering CPD presentations and hosting Lunch & Learn sessions.

• If you have a solid track record of specifying interior products we would be keen to hear from you
• This high-end brand are looking for a candidate that is polished and well presented
• Previous experience as a Specification Sales Manager (A&D)

The Package on offer for the A&D Specification Sales Manager

• up to £65,000 basic
• £20,000 – £50,000 OTE uncapped
• Company car – choice
• 9% pension
• BUPA private healthcare
• Life Assurance
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
