Job description
Kona Medical Consulting is looking for SLPs to provide remote speech therapy services to students. This position is under the client.Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments to evaluate the speech and language abilities of patients
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders
– Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
– Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
– Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication strategies and techniquesQualifications:– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
– Valid state (PA) license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist or CFY
– Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred
– Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and their treatment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsReimbursement: $85/hour Opportunities are for per-diem independent contract work that is not only flexible and convenient but also offers competitive rates.Once approved to provide services, SLPs choose their hours and specific referrals.
