My Client is a dynamic and growing organization that values integrity, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations and supporting our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

• Support tax preparation and filing processes, including sales and use tax.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

• Mentor junior accounting staff and assist with training and development.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
