A nonprofit organization, dedicated to improving the skills, health, and stability of the caregiver workforce, is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant. This is an open-ended temporary position based in downtown Seattle, requiring regular in-office work with some flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. You’ll support leadership in Finance and IT while contributing to a mission that makes a real difference.

Sr. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for Finance and IT leadership, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
  • Handle expense reporting, timesheet management, and invoice processing using online systems
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including catering and materials prep
  • Assist with contract management and vendor processing through an online platform
  • Arrange travel, including booking flights, lodging, and coordinating itineraries
  • Perform general administrative duties, including responding to inquiries, managing documents, and assisting with special projects

Sr. Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recent experience in an administrative or executive assistant position
  • 2+ years working in a fast-paced environment, with experience supporting C suite executives 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay:
$28- $33 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location:
Downtown Seattle (must be able to work on-site regularly with some flexibility for remote work)
