Diva International Inc. (“DIVA”) is looking for a Sr. Content Marketing Manager for maternity leave coverage of approximately 14 months. This role will be working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing communications plan to increase brand awareness, build brand equity, drive sales, enhance customer engagement, grow community, and manage the presentation of the organization to the public.The role allows for remote work in Ontario, Canada. Travel may be required on occasion. Must be legally eligible for employment and reside in Ontario, Canada.About Us:

  • Working with Sr. Director of Marketing, plan and execute B2C and B2B communication strategies – including, but not limited to: social media, PR, experiential, community and partnerships, paid media and branded content.
  • Provide input into overall paid media strategy with executional ownership on specific line items related to accountable areas.
  • Develop crisis communications strategy and executive support.
  • Contribute to development and actively manage line items within annual marketing budget.
  • Develop marketing KPIs and implement tracking system to measure success, ROI and pivot, as needed.
  • Actively participate in strategic business review and annual planning process.
  • Working with Sr. Director, Marketing, evolve DIVA brand messaging, positioning, consumer persona and journey, as needed.
  • Develop and implement new key messages for internal and external consumption – working with regulatory and legal for necessary approvals.
  • Own the adherence to brand guidelines ensuring internal and external branded content has cohesive look, feel, and tone.
  • Branded content is anything that is produced by the company, or the company has input and approval over the development/approval process. Items include (but not limited to): owned channel assets (website, social media channels, email/SMS, blogs, newsletters), paid marketing assets (digital ads, event design, media/gifting kits), partner channel assets (influencers, UGC), trade marketing assets (ad mats, displays, eCommerce – Amazon, retail PDPs and brand pages, tradeshow design).
  • Effectively coach, mentor and motivate a high-performing Marketing and Communications Team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute new product launches and ensure that marketing communications align with the company’s overall strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Accountable for delivery of company and marketing department KPIs along with Sr. Director, Marketing and Director of eCommerce.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for Marketing Communications Team hiring and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, and vendors.
  • Work in accordance with DIVA International Inc.’s Quality Policy and B-Corp set of standards.

Qualifications:

  • Growth mindset with a bias for action.
  • 5+ years in content strategy or social media/communication management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Experience in stakeholder/community engagement.
  • Clear and concise communication with team members and senior management.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Experience and/or comfort working in the menstrual hygiene category/CPG environment.
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry and trends.
  • Flexibility and great interpersonal skills enabling effective work in a diverse environment.
  • Experience working in remote work an asset alongside a strong understanding of working in an office environment.
