Sr. Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description

We are looking for a Sr. Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves handling client inquiries in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and overseeing shipments. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, as part of a dynamic team within the dental industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed and updated customer records

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails

• Monitor orders and shipments

• Handle invoicing tasks and ensure accuracy of all details

• Review daily list of cases and ensure correct pricing and customer details

• Use specialized software for data entry and customer management

• Accept and process payments from customers

• Ensure efficient data entry into the internal software system

• Assist in other tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements

• Proficient in various computer programs

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Ability to process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

• Experience with the ‘About Time’ software

• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls

• Understands benefit and billing functions

• Experience in claim administration

• Ability to process approved invoices efficiently

• Proficient in computer data entry

• Experience in high-volume data entry environments

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
