Vanguard is hiring Data Analysts in our Client Experience and Digital (CXD) group. This team focuses on driving results through advanced analytics supporting Web Channel, Automation and Digitization, Wealth Management and Financial Planning, Conversational Channels (Chatbot, Voicebox, etc.), Call Center Technology (call routing and agent support technology), and our Profile and Account Settings Team all in support of our Personal Investor Technology area. In this role you will leverage analytics to surface insights of client behavior, satisfaction, and digital containment to influence product decisions and roadmap for the benefit of our clients.
