We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director – HR Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Business Services (GBS) function. This is a newly created position reporting to the VP, Global Head of People Solutions, offering a unique chance to make a significant impact on our organization.
Your Mission:
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will lead and manage all aspects of HR for our GBS organization, spanning across multiple functions (HR, IT, Finance) and geographies (Colombia, Portugal and Malaysia). You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with GBS functional leaders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective people strategies.

Global Reach: Provide guidance and support to GBS centers in Lisbon, Bogota, and Kuala Lumpur, ensuring consistent HR practices and procedures while respecting local nuances.

Talent Champion: Drive all aspects of talent management, including performance management, capability development, leadership development, and succession planning.

Change Agent: Lead and support organizational changes, such as workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.

Employee Relations Expert: Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment.

Policy Development: Own local employment policies in collaboration with GBS leaders and corporate legal, with an eye towards harmonization and standardization.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within GBS.

Collaboration: Partner effectively with HR Centers of Excellence, Service Delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR programs.
Your Profile:

Experienced HR Leader: 10+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally within a global, matrixed organization.

GBS Expertise: Strong understanding of GBS concepts, practices, and industry standard approaches.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect HR initiatives to business objectives and drive strategic workforce planning.

Global Mindset: Sensitivity to cultural differences and experience working across diverse geographies.

Strong Influencer: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Change Navigator: Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change effectively.
