Join our team and build a career as unique as you are.Job DescriptionRole Type: W2 Contract to HireWork Status: US Citizen, Green Card holderTerm: 6-months, conversionStart: ImmediateLocation: RemoteTravel: As a technical consulting firm, we occasionally provide onsite support to our customersWhat You’ll DoWe are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management/Intune Engineer to design, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune, ensuring efficient onboarding, configuration, and management. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, implementing Nerdio for AVD management, and providing technical support for device management, remote desktop, and virtualization issues.
- Design, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune to ensure efficient onboarding, configuration, and management.
- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including provisioning, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Implement Nerdio for AVD management to streamline deployment, reduce costs, and ensure high availability.
- Monitor and maintain performance, availability, and stability of end-user computing systems and services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for device management, remote desktop, and virtualization issues.
- Develop and document processes, procedures, and policies related to end-user computing services, device management, and virtual desktops.
QualificationsWho You AreThe ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment with the following:
- Proven experience with Microsoft AutoPilot, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Nerdio.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based device management and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively share knowledge with other team members.
The TECH Stuff
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and identity management.
- Experience with SCCM.
- Microsoft certifications related to AutoPilot, Intune, or Azure Virtual Desktop are a plus.
