Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist in Thornton, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist in THORNTON, Colorado. This role is within the Service industry, where the main function is to oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations, maintain accurate documentation and database records, and guide customers through the asset management lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day IT Asset Management operations

• Maintaining accurate IT Hardware stock locations and inventory

• Guiding customers through different aspects of the asset management lifecycle

• Providing training to other IT associates on asset management processes

• Maintaining accurate documentation and database records

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Utilizing skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, and Computer Hardware

• Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts

• Taking appropriate action based on customer account monitoring. Requirements • Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Skilled in Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Database management

• Proficient in Dell Technologies

• Familiar with AB Testing techniques

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Ability to conduct Cluster Analysis

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven experience in IT Asset Management or similar role
