We are seeking an experienced IT Business analyst to play a pivotal part in shaping, implementing, and supporting IT systems for HR platforms within Corporate IT North America. You’ll manage these systems throughout their entire Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring seamless integration with the IT/Application landscape.

responsibilities:

• Manage integrations to support HR business needs

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders by actively listening, understanding, and addressing their needs.

• Collaborate with process owners and key users on Change Management strategies and initiatives.

• Lead requirements and design workshops, covering planning, design, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and the implementation of system enhancements.

• Develop functional and program specifications and oversee the design, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance of application updates and enhancements.

• Assess the impact of new solutions and contribute to effective Change Management plans.
