Learn more.Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Product Strategy is responsible for developing and executing an enterprise product strategy and annual products plans to meet the dynamic needs of the cybersecurity profession. This critical position works closely with teams throughout the organization — and with ISC2’s 650,000 members, associates and candidates — to drive innovation, enhance program engagement and optimize revenue growth.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, enterprise product strategy
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the global cyber security landscape includes engaging internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to inform strategy development
  • Collaborate with teams throughout the organization to ensure alignment and integration of product strategy with other strategic initiatives.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses and pricing strategies to ensure sustainable revenue growth and profitability of the product portfolio.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor product performance, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage volunteer subject matter experts to support strategy development, including advisory panels and taskforces by subject area and industry verticals.

Education and Work Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or product strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of professional certification, continuing education programs, or professional development products, required.

Physical and Mental Demands

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time, may also include overnight and international travel
  • Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged period
  • Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens #LI-remote
