The Opportunity

Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers’ digital transformation and new experience design-led business models. The Business Operations, Automation & Intelligence team is critical in driving growth and success across our Digital Media and Digital Experience businesses. We provide the systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales teams need to make our customers successful.

The ideal candidate for this position is part analyst, part developer, and part influential leader. In this role, you will advise business leaders by providing data-centric strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. You will play a key role in developing, understanding, and executing strategic goals to create capacity within the Pricing & Revenue Operations organization. Collaboration with experts across finance, engineering, data science, programming, and UI/UX will be essential to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.

What you’ll Do

  • Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence and reporting tools that support decision-making for analysts, management, and executives. Ensure these solutions deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Provide thought leadership in data reporting, offering strategic recommendations that drive the business forward. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align reporting tools with company strategy and goals.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Lead a team of analysts and developers, driving excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Run data pipelines, coordinating the smooth extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources into target systems, while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner closely with engineering, quality assurance (QA), and developers to define requirements, create test plans, and ensure the successful deployment of analytics dashboards.
  • Ensure all reporting solutions and practices align with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Regularly review performance measurements to assess the impact of reporting tools and make continuous improvements to meet the evolving needs of the business.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Management, including leadership experience in building and leading teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise business intelligence software applications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAP HANA for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to build intuitive, impactful visualizations that guide users through data-driven stories.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a talent for synthesizing large, complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Experience collaborating across functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results while running multiple projects.
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across the world.
  • Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,300 — $238,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
