This role will be pivotal in driving growth through effective CBM strategies, optimizing customer spend and engagement, and collaborating closely with marketing agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to spearhead our engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing will lead a team of commercial leads in an Agile Marketing environment and will work collaboratively across Rogers Marketing, Rogers Bank, Legal and the Product team to deliver on aggressive targets.What you’ll do:
