Sr. Production Scheduler | Manufacturing

A global provider of fiber optic solutions for broadband networks in Kent is looking to add a Sr. Production Scheduler to their manufacturing team. you will be overseeing the scheduling of production commitments to customers, ensuring they meet the required deadlines. This role works closely with the customer service, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to fulfill customer orders. 

Production Scheduler Job Duties:

• Determining shipment promise dates for new orders
• Generating accurate and timely production schedules
• Utilize Oracle computer program, inventory management system
• Ensuring the optimal use of capacity, resources, and materials
• Supervise a team of 3-4 employees

Pay:
$33 – $35 per hour 


Schedule:
Monday-Friday

• 7am – 4pm (fully on site)

Sr. Production Scheduler requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Business, mathematics, engineering or related fields of study
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience to include supervisory experience
• 3+ year of Production scheduling experience
• Experience with Oracle R12 order management, inventory, and manufacturing-related modules
• High level computer skills, ability to manipulate large data sets
