Sr Program Manager, Amazon Payments Entity

DESCRIPTIONAs regional regulations in the Payments Services sector continue to evolve in both complexity and scope, Amazon Payments Europe (APE) is focused on proactive compliance strategies, staying ahead of regulatory changes to ensure continued adherence and operational security.Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is one such critical regulatory requirement for APE aimed at strengthening the security of online transactions and mitigating payment fraud risks. SCA mandates the implementation of multi-factor authentication for sellers when accessing their payment accounts, initiating transactions, or performing high-risk actions like updating disbursement bank accounts. This compliance effort is highly cross-functional, requiring close coordination between 1st line business teams, 2nd line Risk and Compliance, and 3rd line Audit and Assurance functions.As a Senior Program Manager you will be responsible as a single threaded leader for developing and leading a mission-critical program to proactively identify, track, and drive essential work streams.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience in program or project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– MBA/Master degree
– Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience leading process improvements
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
