DESCRIPTIONAmazon is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach who will help build new business improvement paths through monitoring and accountability mechanisms for Canadian market.At Amazon, we are building a Last Mile operation that is complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). The Last Mile team is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to develop and lead the enforcement, coaching, and proactive support for DSPs to ensure compliance against Fleet Standards and Requirements for Canada. The Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach will be working with DSPs with low compliance scores to understand root causes, provide dedicated support, and to coach them to better performance and fleet readiness. This role will be responsible for executing a new or existing coaching and enforcement program, that includes developing impactful coaching plans, ensuring our DSPs understand program requirements, and taking appropriate action where needed for our safety and compliance standards. Further, this role partners regularly with internal stakeholders to improve programs, products, reporting, and experiences that lead to better safety and business outcomes.*** Please note that you have to be fully bilingual (English & French) in order to apply for this role.Key job responsibilities
– Own Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (MEP) for Canada to ensure compliance and coach DSPs to improve performance around key metrics
– Develop reporting and communication processes for DSPs to drive performance for key Fleet Standards metrics
– Communicate across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals, tasks, and to ensure the overall success of the program
– Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive program and process improvements
– Evaluate program policies and enforcement matrix
– Create programs and processes to drive compliance
– Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs
– Work across internal teams including Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, Business Coaches, and other Last Mile teams
– Create reporting and metrics to help identify root causes of low performance
– Develop action plans to address root causes and assist with implementing the changes**Travel expectations will be approximately 25-40%.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Strong communication and writing skills (English & French)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
