• Collaborate with both the wider Stock and Transport team to efficiently support plan, organise, and coordinate daily deliveries, exchanges, and collections through our company systems.
• Organise and correctly log all stock held within the depot.

• Ensure all stock records are accurate and stock losses and errors are minimised.

• Accurately pick and marshal delivery and collection of stock for driver routes and internal/external stock movements.

• Monitor transport routes, ensure smartphone compliance, track job completion, and assess on-time performance to optimise operations.
• Strive to reduce unnecessary journeys, confirm collection readiness with customers, and offer immediate support for any issues with same-day collections.
• Support vehicles with stock loaded and unloaded in a safe manner and in line with operational requirements.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working on computers & systems.
• Experience working in a customer facing role in a fast paced environment.
