- Retail Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty;
- Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments;
- Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site’s customers;
- Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;
- Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
- Production management:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the site;
- Can mean actively participating in site operations;
- Workforce Management:
- Mobilize and empower your work teams;
- Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions;
- Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees;
- Be responsible for disciplinary actions;
- Manage work schedules;
- Identify and develop potential talent to create succession;
- Other:
- Manage financial and material resources;
- Ensure the maintenance and management of the building
- Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives
- Complete reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a solid track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve performance goals.
- Strong background in handling complex customer situations and ensuring satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
