Since 2008, we have recycled over 1 million vehicles and counting!Kenny U-Pull is a division of American Iron & Metal (AIM), a recognized global leader in the metal recycling industry, with more than 125 site locations, 4000 employees worldwide and over 3.5 billion dollars in yearly sales.Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities as a Store Manager will include but not be limited to :

  • Retail Management:
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and build customer loyalty;
  • Monitor automotive inventory and make recommendations for adjustments;
  • Collaborate with the local marketing team and respond to the specific needs of the site’s customers;
  • Carry out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;
  • Manage the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
  • Production management:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the site;
  • Can mean actively participating in site operations;
  • Workforce Management:
  • Mobilize and empower your work teams;
  • Conduct interviews and make final hiring decisions;
  • Conduct quarterly performance review meetings with employees;
  • Be responsible for disciplinary actions;
  • Manage work schedules;
  • Identify and develop potential talent to create succession;
  • Other:
  • Manage financial and material resources;
  • Ensure the maintenance and management of the building
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPI), develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve objectives
  • Complete reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a solid track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong background in handling complex customer situations and ensuring satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and providing feedback to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
