• Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Store Manager for our client in Athabasca Alberta
• Salary: $52,000 – $72,800 or higher
• Benefits: Competitive health and dental package, profit-sharing, RRSP incentive and staff discount
• Your Hours will be rotated with owners so flexibility is key
• Store Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays and Stat. Holidays
• Relocation pay is available

• Oversee daily operations and inspire a team that thrives on collaboration and fun.
• Set ambitious sales goals and celebrate victories with your team.
• Manage inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are eye-catching.
• Foster a welcoming environment and resolve customer concerns with ease.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff to become top performers and enjoy their growth journey.
• Implement safety protocols and loss prevention strategies.
• Represent our store at events, trade shows, and beyond!

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Exceptional communication and people skills to keep morale high and productivity higher
• Willingness to work varied hours, including Saturdays (because adventure never stops!)
• Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, and operational procedures
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly
