Through planned education and development sessions along with on-the-spot coaching, you will upskill your team whilst ensuring that the Learning Management System is completed and fulfilling its maximum potential.Working closely with your Business Manager and in collaboration with Field Training, and Sales Manager’s, you will ensure a clear devised people development plan. Whilst adhering to and driving the overall store strategy, supporting positive KPI growth through #1 Service and Experience standards. With a positive influence and impact to our overall UK service measurables.You will constantly define and adapt the education approach based on specific store commercial business needs, whilst always ensuring that the Brand ethos and purpose is represented to our customers in the right way. You will be the trail blazer for exceptional service in store through shopfloor observation and in the moment coaching whilst leading by example with social advocacy both independently and through the team.As a Resident Trainer you will:

• Recruit, Engage and Retain performance drivers
• The Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience’ service model and intermediate on the ground artistry development to teach Charlotte’s 7 areas of technicality
• Full Curriculum facilitation of Store team including induction, social and developmental training
• Initiate and lead on all Retailer Owned Team education to further expand the reach of service and product across the store
• Supporting the operational business management & store education strategy, identifying priorities and implementing local initiatives
• Facilitate new launch NPD and Skincare Training
• Utilise tools such as Productivity to monitor KPIs and measure the impact of training delivered, providing feedback to the relevant Field Training Manager and Field Sales Manager adapting training based on the feedback from the wider team to ensure all educational content is impacting and driving KPI growth & results
• Working in collaboration with the Field Training Managers, define a training and development plan for your store to deliver KPI expectations
