Make a difference every day!Job Description​We have an outstanding benefits package which includes:Company-provided healthcareA competitive annual leave allowanceFlexible working options, including hybrid working arrangementsGenerous pension provisionsIncome protectionHealth and wellness benefitsVolunteering daysEnhanced parental leaveLife insuranceWhat we are looking for:Support efforts that drive Invesco Solutions key strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses, and the development of actionable recommendationsLead the development of custom capabilities working closely with Strategy, Investments, Product Development and other key stakeholdersDrive strategic projects by working in conjunction with internal business partners, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and many other departments to manage the various business-related functions of the teamDevelop and maintain expertise on capabilities across asset classes and vehicles within Invesco, including model portfolios, factor investing, real assets, liability-driven investing and other key investment solutionsAssist in the development of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitabilityContribute to the development and monitoring of key strategic initiatives, profitability, productivity, and growth targets, including the preparation of reporting and updates, and presentationsSupport the development of governance and infrastructure frameworks, including internal policies and procedures, for Invesco’s custom solutions, multi-asset platform and investment modelling related businessesAssist with special projects, research and new responsibilities as neededWhat you can bring:Proven’ experience with financial services organisation, global experience preferredGood understanding of financial markets, asset allocation strategies and investment conceptsProven success with developing and implementing project, business and / or marketing plans and resourcesSolid knowledge of mutual fund and ETF products and structuresExisting knowledge of MSOffice, especially PowerPointGraduate degree or applicable industry designations preferred (e.g. MBA, CFA, etc.)Strong project management and organisational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced business environment and manage numerous projects and priorities concurrently while meeting tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, communicating effectively to gain understanding, facilitate agreement and convey clear messagesAbility to work independently; self-starterFlexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other technology solutionsAbility to extract and analyse data relating to financial and business issuesAbility to influence others and develop effective relationshipsA spirit of continuous improvementDisability Confident SchemeApplicants who opt in to the Disability Confident Scheme and meet the criteria for the role will be offered an interview.
