This position is perfect for someone who’s a strategic thinker, quick learner, hands-on leader, and digitally-savvy innovator.Key responsibilitiesReporting directly into the UK & International Marketing Manager, this Brand Manager GB role will work within the broader Category and Marketing function.You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of our brand to drive competitive advantage, profitable growth, increase in brand value and maximum return on investment for Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods. This role gives you the chance to work across the full marketing mix. You’ll need to be open minded and flexible, happy to work across a broad range of responsibilities. This will include everything from managing above and below the line activations, working on a very active (and exciting!) NPD and innovation pipeline, briefing and managing external agencies, managing our shopper/trade investment and executing and evaluating our brand plans.Qualifications and skills

• Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in Marketing; ideally (but not necessarily!) having worked previously in a Consumer Good business, or similar

• You will be driven to achieve, naturally curious and excited by being given free reigns to learn, change and improve.

• You’ll be great at working collaboratively and will ideally have experience in managing third party agencies.

• You’ll have a strong understanding of how to write and implement a brand marketing plan, plus you’ll be comfortable measuring and evaluating campaigns

• You’ll have strong verbal and numerical skills with a great attention to detail

• You’ll have brilliant communication skills; able to build relationships internally and externally that will drive your business forward
