We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team focusing largely on CLO’s (Collateral Loan obligations)You will be part of the wider Structured Finance team working on a caseload weighted towards CLO matters which includes both “cashflow” and synthetic total return structure.You will work underwriters, issuers, portfolio managers and other large financial institutions.You will receive industry-leading training, Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe.
