I am building a team of hardworking, dedicated students to assist in growing a RECORD BREAKING student painting business in the Timmins area.Benefits: The position is open to hardworking individuals with a leader mentality and interest in the business world. There is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year.The position includes:Full-Time HoursBonus IncentivesAutonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/payTraining and development to complete professional painting work for interior and exterior painting/stainingRequirements:Valid driver’s licenseAccess to a vehiclePreferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete painting/staining projects and will be a pro in no time!Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)Strong communication skillsCoachable, hardworking and willing to learn.Payment Structure:We offer a base rate ranging from $18-22/hourHigh-performance bonuses availableResponsibilities:Responsible for the overall completion of projects. Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality.Daily responsibility for the cleanliness of the site and the project.Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owners.Manage day-to-day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.
