Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated Stylist to join our Photography Studio team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting shoots and providing direction to achieve high-quality images in the model studio, including mannequin, light table, and style shoots as needed. This role involves compiling outfits for web e-commerce shots while strictly adhering to brand and Frasers Group guidelines.The Stylist will support shoots and provide direction to achieve high-quality images in the model studio, including mannequin, light table, and style shoots. The role requires following in-house styling guidelines and maintaining knowledge of brand-specific exceptions. The Stylist will collaborate with models, photographers, retouchers, and senior team members to ensure briefs are understood and delivered exceptionally. They must adhere to both in-house and third-party styling guidelines, ensure the department’s daily and weekly targets and SLAs are met, and maintain a tidy and well-maintained styling props and photoshoot set area, ensuring products remain in good condition. Additionally, they will proactively communicate workflow and issues with the Senior Stylist, respond to queries from the Photography Studio team or wider Frasers Group stakeholders, and meet all pre-shoot and post-shoot requirements, including liaising with the Administration team to ensure products are steamed, prepped, and returned to the warehouse on time.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an exceptional eye for visual composition and proportion. They should possess a positive mindset and attitude, along with a positive, proactive, and assertive approach. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to meet deadlines consistently. The candidate must exhibit an excellent work ethic, a can-do attitude, and quick thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should have strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
