The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA or Austin TX.What You Bring to the TablePriorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Coordinate and support first party submissions and releases (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Apple, Google, Amazon)Collaborate with internal and external partners to setup bundles, promotions, and eventsProactively gather all necessary assets required for timely delivery to first partiesPrepare and submit builds, downloadable content, and metadata to first partiesConfigure and release products and updates to development and live environmentsPartner with game teams and support the age ratings submission processPromptly communicate and help resolve issues that may hinder first party approvalExecute and document quality control checks for submissions and releasesProvide expert technical guidance and platform support to development and QA teamsProcess, verify, and deliver builds to multiple teams across all supported platformsEnsure project tracking tools and documentation meet team standards and up to dateKeep stakeholders informed on all first party policy and process changesMaintain archive of all final assets, metadata, and supplemental materials submitted to first partiesEffectively drive and facilitate group tasks to completion and promote a team environmentFormulate strong relationships, based on skills, knowledge, and trust, with internal and external partnersContinuously seek technical and process improvement opportunitiesHandle other duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsExperience3+ years’ experience submitting AAA games to first partiesKnowledge & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experienceAbility to maintain scripts to automate manual repetitive tasksStrong knowledge of all first party submission tools and platformsSolid understanding of software development processes and project management methodologiesKey AttributesProven track record of leading tasks and delivering on multiple simultaneous projectsFlexible and team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracyPassion for games, commitment to quality, and continuous learningExtra PointsTechnical requirements testing experience (TRC, XR, App Review Guidelines, etc.)Global age rating boards experienceProject management certificationsYour PlatformBest known for iconic video game universes including Warcraft®, Overwatch®, Diablo®, and StarCraft®, Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
