Position Overview
Coordinates and supports a team of Camp Team Leads and Camp Counsellors in the planning and delivery of dynamic recreation programs, including planning and conducting training, matching and monitoring participants to inclusion staff, supervising and supporting inclusion camp staff, and addressing various operational needs. Takes a lead role in ensuring clear and effective communication among camp participants, parents/guardians, camps staff and volunteers, and greater Recreation Services team. At times, this role may be required to work within a specific camp; must be able to engage and participate in all activities (including swimming in up to chest deep water).Key Duties and Responsibilities

Full-time hours (40 hours/week) starting May to August 29, 2025. Evenings and weekends may be required.Pay/Salary
