Here, we’re family.About the RoleDans le cadre de ce rôle, vous mettrez à profit votre connaissance de nos activités pour mettre efficacement en œuvre et adapter rapidement les stratégies afin d’assurer l’excellence opérationnelle, la mise en place de la marchandise, un rendement maximum, des ventes rentables et la croissance du chiffre d’affaires. Vous aurez comme objectif de stimuler un rendement élevé dans toutes les initiatives, et d’assurer la cohérence au sein de votre portefeuille, conformément aux objectifs de l’entreprise et aux indicateurs clés de performance qui permettent d’obtenir un portefeuille rentable. Votre mandat sera de diriger, de développer, d’encadrer et de pousser à la réussite un portefeuille de magasins et de districts, afin d’offrir une expérience optimale aux clients et aux employés. Vous objectif consistera aussi à diriger la mise en œuvre et à soutenir la vision de la marque et de l’entreprise tout en veillant à ce que vos équipes obtiennent des résultats et rendent des comptes.In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the business to effectively execute and quickly adapt strategies to ensure operational excellence, merchandising execution, maximum productivity and profitable sales and earnings growth. You will drive high performance across all initiatives, and ensure consistency within your portfolio as measured by company goals and KPIs that drive a profitable portfolio. You will lead, develop, coach and inspire a portfolio of stores to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience. Your goal is to lead execution and support the brand and enterprise vision, ensuring your teams are delivering results and holding their teams accountable.What You’ll Do
