Supervising Social Worker – Outstanding rating by OfsteadSalary: Up to £40,000 per yearNonStop Care is collaborating with one of the top-rated Independent Fostering Agencies in the UK to recruit a Supervising Social Worker for a permanent position.The agency has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted, reflecting its commitment to high-quality care and support. With a therapeutic approach, it provides a professional, well-structured, and supportive work environment for both staff and foster families. This home-based role offers flexibility in managing your workload.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of foster carers, handling a small caseload (8-10 foster families) in the Milton Keynes and Dunstable areas.
- Provide support and guidance to foster carers in managing cases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, local agencies, and stakeholders.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Valid registration with the Social Work Regulatory Board.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within social work.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license.
