Supervising Social Worker – £49,000 per annum + £3k car allowanceNonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the London area.They offer a very good salary package that can get up to around £49,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance, so you will be well rewarded for your work.They also offer up to £7.200 productivity bonus which is based on the number of children on caseload.Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 – 12 foster families. This is a hybrid role (2 – 3 days per week in the office in South East London).The role involves supervising foster carers and working therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.Benefits:
