SUPERVISORY CONTROL: Incumbent performs under the direction the Branch Chief, with full authority to review and clear DAF information under the direction of the Initial Denial Authority for release to the public under FOIA and Privacy. Serves as a recognized authority in the analysis and evaluation of programs and issues. Independently determines methods and approaches to be used, with work being evaluated in context of broad program objectives and compliance with national, congressional and departmental policies and priorities.
