Catalent are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Nottingham site. This position will sit within the supply Chain Team which work on a Commercial Product Franchise. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the packaging aspects of the business and to enable that all assets, processes, and procedures meet GMP/GDP requirements. This busy and fast-paced role requires a keen eye for detail, patience and teamwork.The role:Maintain a complete understanding of the flow to ensure an efficient process.Be able to translate client forecasts into production schedules, batch allocations and shipping tablesLook after shipments to the customer and monitor/accommodate changes requested by the customerRaise change controls where necessary and update / create new SOPsWhere change controls require participation in the packaging part, raise packaging specifications and check Master Batch Packaging records from Central PharmaSupport Team with the process of movement of goods for products and materials through SAP system, including, purchasing, receiving, moving from site to site etc.Raise quotations and invoices to the customer as requiredPlace purchase orders for the applicators and finished product in SAPEnsure all Supply Chain documentation is generated, maintained and stored in compliance with SOPs and to meet customers supply requirementsMonitor and update the KPIs of the contractorsUpdate and keep accurate records for EBITDAWork closely with the Quality Assurance monitoring the releases for shipments and EBITDAMeet and contribute into the KPIsMaintain a good working relationship with all suppliers and customers.The candidate:Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skillsProficient (excellent) in English verbal and written communication skills to convey and receive ideas and instructions to/from others within and outside the organizationAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management, suppliers and customersStrong organizational skillsProficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using SAP or similar procurement software.Knowledge of Import/ExportCan be a hybrid role with at least two days on site.Position Details:Annual SalaryUp to 10% bonusPension matched up to 6%Life AssuranceHealthcareOpportunities to join Employee Resource groups and be involved in charity eventsCan be a hybrid role with at least two days on site.Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
