This role will be for a fixed term until April 2025 and requires an immediate start.To be considered for this position, we would like you to have:

• Experience of working with adults and/or young people
• Have experience working with service users requiring complex care in a supported living or community environment
• Flexible to work weekday and weekends
• Enhanced Clean DBS
• Proficient in use of computers
