Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & mental health conditions
Location: Glenholme, Stamford, PE9 1QP
Hourly Rate: £11.50 – £11.80 Per Hour, paid training Plus a wide range of health& wellbeing benefits & opportunities to develop & progress PLUS overtime opportunities.
Full-time opportunities available for up to 37.5 hours per week

Whether you have been a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Carer previously or you come from a retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaning, customer service, or admin background. We will provide ongoing training and support to you throughout your career with us.

Benefits and perks as a Support Worker:
A Salary increase to £11.65 once you have completed our paid-for-care certificate (An industry-recognised qualification)
A Salary increase to £11.80 on completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (An industry-recognised qualification)
Compensation of up to £200 for completing your e-learning before you start
Hastee Pay – withdraw up to 40% of your earned salary before payday as and when you want

Duties of a Support Worker:
Companionship
Personal Care & Support
The teaching of independent living skills
Management of medication
Community-based activities such as swimming, social activities, or other leisure activities
