Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM Holidays: None Weekends: Infrequent. May be required during annual evaluations

Job Summary:

Supervises and coordinates daily activities of In-Room Dining Call Center for the health system with oversight to the diet clerks and lead diet clerk. Performs duties related to the daily supervision of staff, management of CBORD integrity, and oversight to supplement and tube feeding inventory. Maintains and enforces regulations, policies, and procedures. Assures that services offered are in accordance with established quality and customer service standards. Serves as a role model to all by practicing exemplary behavior. Travel to other hospitals serviced by the In-Room Dining Call Center may be required. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of two years of experience in food and nutrition services is required.Three or more years of experience in food and nutrition services is highly preferred. Call center supervisory and food service supervisory experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of an Associate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field is required. In lieu of formal education requirement, a High School diploma or equivalent and active enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Food Service Management or a related field with a completion within 3 years of hire is required.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is highly preferred.
