We are looking to expand our Contract Bonding team by hiring a motivated and experienced Contract Bonding Producer to help grow our footprint in the Canadian market.Job Description:
As a Contract Bonding Producer, you will be responsible for driving growth within the contract bonding segment by building relationships with contractors, construction firms, and other industry stakeholders. You will work with underwriters and support teams to ensure the bonding needs of your clients are met effectively and efficiently. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, client-focused, and capable of delivering solutions that align with the needs of contractors and construction professionals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients seeking contract bonding solutions, including bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds.Build strong relationships with construction companies, developers, and subcontractors to generate leads and grow the book of business.Work closely with underwriting and risk teams to deliver tailored bonding solutions that meet client needs.Educate clients on the value of contract bonding and provide ongoing consultation to guide them through the bonding process.Utilize CRM tools, including HubSpot, to manage and track lead activity and sales processes.Attend industry conferences, events, and networking functions to establish and expand client relationships within the construction community.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Contract Bonding product line.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or financial services, with a preference for experience in bonding or construction-related fields.Strong understanding of contract bonds, the construction industry, and risk management practices.Proven track record of building business relationships and successfully closing deals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex bonding products.Highly organized with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is preferred.RIBO LicensedWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A collaborative work environment that values innovation and supports personal and professional growth.Flexible working conditions, including remote work options.How to Apply: If you have a passion for the construction industry and want to help clients navigate the complexities of bonding, we want to hear from you!Ai Insurance Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
