Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL!Role PurposeThe surveyor/ senior surveyor will work within a high performing industry leading team in JLL’s Healthcare Capital Markets teams, focusing on the growing hospital, care and seniors housing markets.What this job involves

• Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity, Property Company, Operator and Developer clients)
• Financial analysis of opportunities pre-sale due diligence
• Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Preparation of market reports and marketing details
• Generation of buy side idea targets
• Ultimately growing into a self-generating Investment agent in time
• Coaching and upskilling of graduates, newly qualified team members

• RICS certification 1 to 2 years post qualification experience
• Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious and hungry for success
