Objective
IT Support provide Desktop support to all Randstad Risesmart users, manage IT Infrastructure and Servers
Job purpose and responsibilities

Desktop Support and Server Support (Prem & AWS Cloud Server) as requested on Zendesk, Servicenow and JIRA ticketing system, handling office IT infrastructure and Network.

Handling office IT Infrastructure & Network
-
Desktop support for users reported via Zendesk, JIRA tickets system.

Server Support (Prem & AWS Cloud) reported as per JIRA, SPLUNK notification, take remedial action, perform regular Server maintenance,
-
To handle Application Support, and various projects assigned to IT departments.

Support office Google Meet meeting room, regular troubleshooting and maintenance.

User Support for Office 365, Google workspace, Adobe licence, Webex licensing, ZoomRooms, Zscaler.

To perform regular CSPM Activities for IT Infra,
Job requirements education, experience & knowledge
-
Graduate from any stream (Graduates in IT preferred)

Certification like AWS, GCP, MCITP preferred, Ciso Meraki
-
has experience in application support for 6- 7 years.

Knowledge of Office365, Google Workspace, AWS Infra, GCP, Server support and understanding of IT ticketing systems.
